Since this is a private tour through Bourbon Hall Tours in Louisville, KY we come to your location and provide door to door service from the beginning to the end of the tour.

We provide water, soft drinks, ice, and light snacks for the day.  You can bring anything that you like that may include special non-alcoholic or alcoholic beverages for mixing drinks along the tour trail 

A typical two distillery tour on the Eastern and Southern trail usually takes seven hours from the start to end.  A two distillery tour on the Urban Trail which is in the Louisville, KY area takes approximately four hours. 

Yes! At Bourbon Hall Tours our tours are suitable for both newbies and whiskey connoisseurs. 

Yes! Our tours do include transportation. 

Tastings are always included in a tour and some distilleries offer the tastings experience as a stand alone event. 

Yes! Each distillery has a retail center and a gift shop.

Meals are not included in the price per person, but we allocate time to stop for lunch along the tour route.

We can offer tailored recommendations to make sure your day is perfectly planned out. Plus, when you call us, you are speaking directly with the owner! One of the best parts of a private tour is that you are sharing a vehicle with just your party so you aren't in a car with strangers. 

We recommend booking at least 90 days out from your tour day due to limited booking options.

We include transportation, cost of admissioins, tours and tastings, sales taxes, fees, bottled water and snacks, etc. in your cost.

Yes, all deposits are 50% of the total package price for your group to initially secure the booking through Bourbon Hall Tours in Louisville, KY.

If you cancel two weeks before the scheduled tour date with Bourbon Hall Tours in Louisville, KY, we will refund your deposit less 6% to cover the cost of our merchant service fees plus any non-refundable service fees from the distilleries. 14 days before your scheduled tour we will contact you to review all details and headcount.  If you affirm to go forward with the itinerary at that time then we will process payment for the remaining balance due at which time it will be non-refundable in its entirety.

Gift certificates are non-refundable.

Yes, we do offer gift certificates at Bourbon Hall Tours in Louisville, KY. If you would like to purchase one, please call us at 502-500-1431. Please note that gift certificates are non-refundable. 

There is no dress code at any of the distilleries except you will need closed toed shoes at Kentucky Cooperage Company.

Yes! All of our tours are offered year-round.

You can cancel your tour up to two weeks before the tour and get a refund.

We price everything all inclusive per person and will itemize that list in the proposal we send you. 

Most distilleries have wheelchair access but not all are compliant at this time. Call us in advance to check on the status.

With Bourbon Hall Tours, we guarantee a personalized and luxurious experience. Smaller tour groups will ride in a Lincoln or Cadillac SUV while larger groups will have a large van or bus.
